Dr. Albanese was born and raised in Boca Raton where she resides with her husband and two children.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition, graduating with Honors at the University of Florida.
She went to the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine- Georgia Campus, for medical school. From there, Dr. Albanese completed her Internal Medicine internship and residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach.
She was awarded the Paul J. Furlong, M.D. Resident in Internal Medicine, 2016-2017, an award for excellence as an Internal Medicine Resident.
She has been practicing outpatient primary care since 2017, being selected as a Castle Connolly Rising Star in 2021.
